Yes, all our coaches are equipped with video monitors and DVD players for passenger entertainment. Each seat also has a power outlet for charging your devices. If the vehicle is equipped with USB ports, these are for charging purposes only. In addition, an HDMI port is available for connecting your mobile or portable devices and streaming audio-video. Please note that the cables required for these connections are not provided, and passengers must bring their own cables to make the connection.

Since September 1, 2020, all newly manufactured medium and large coaches must be equipped with seat belts in all seating positions, in accordance with Transport Canada regulations. If the vehicle you are using has seat belts, each passenger is required to wear them in accordance with section 396 of the Quebec Highway Safety Code.

According to Section 397 of the Highway Safety Code, a child whose height is less than 63 cm when seated (measured from the seat to the top of the head) must be seated in a booster seat or restraint system that complies with standards and is secured in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
However, our buses are not equipped with anchoring devices, which means that it is not possible to properly install a booster seat or restraint system in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Therefore, if the child cannot stand alone, they may sit on their parent’s lap. It is important to note that the child cannot sit in a restraint system or booster cushion if it cannot be properly installed in the vehicle.

We do not have vehicles that are fully adapted for wheelchair users. However, our coaches and minibuses are equipped with certain features to facilitate access:
These modifications make access easier for passengers with reduced mobility, although our vehicles are not specifically designed for wheelchair users.
