Our vehicles are equipped with onboard WiFi service, which is generally available at an additional daily cost. The connection uses cellular data, allowing passengers to stay connected during their trip. However, coverage may be limited in some remote or rural areas. All our coaches are equipped with audio-visual equipment to ensure optimal comfort for passengers. They have built-in video monitors, DVD players for showing films or presentations, and power outlets at each seat for charging electronic devices. Some vehicles are also equipped with dedicated USB ports for charging. In addition, an HDMI port is available to connect your personal devices and play your audio-video content. Please note that connection cables are not provided and must be brought by customers.
All our vehicles, in accordance with the requirements in force since September 1, 2020, are equipped with individual seat belts at each seat. Seat belt use is mandatory for all passengers, in accordance with section 396 of the Quebec Highway Safety Code, thus ensuring their safety throughout the journey. Regulations require that children under 63 cm tall be seated in an approved booster seat or restraint system. However, our buses are not equipped with specific anchoring devices for child seats, which prevents safe installation in accordance with standards. Therefore, it is not possible to secure a booster seat in our vehicles. If the child cannot stand on their own, they must sit on an adult’s lap. We always recommend following safety guidelines for transporting children and remain available to answer any questions.
We do not currently have vehicles that are fully adapted for wheelchair users. However, certain features in our coaches and minibuses make it easier for passengers with reduced mobility to access them. For example, our coaches have a lowering front suspension that reduces the entry height, as well as handrails at the doors to assist with boarding and alighting. Our minibuses also benefit from these improved accessibility features. While these modifications do not provide a complete solution for wheelchairs, they do help to make our vehicles more accessible.
